How does hypnotherapy work?
In the hypnotherapy session we will discuss all the factors which make you successful in your sport. I want to know all the technical jargon and details. This then gives us the structure to create a perfect performance.
I will then relax you from head to toe. In this relaxed state your unconscious mind is able to listen and take on board what is being said. So once you are completely relaxed, we will run through that perfect structure.This is repeated many times while recreating the feeling it’s the day of competition. So you will feel the adrenalin and excitement, but still be able to perform in the calm, perfect way you do when training.

That’s me.
I’ve been a clinical hypnotherapist since 2008. I’ve helped people win at their sport, when things had started to go wrong on competition day. If you’re great in practice, but it goes wrong on competition day I can help you use your unconscious mind to succeed every time.
Ironically, the reason I first became interested in hypnotherapy was because my then boyfriend successfully quit smoking through hypnosis. At the time, I was very sceptical – despite having a degree in Psychology. He basically nagged me, over three months, to look into it!
Once I began training, I quickly understood how powerful the connection between the unconscious mind and behaviour can be. From day one, I’ve loved helping people create positive change in their lives.

FAQs
Can I claim my treatment on my health insurance?
Yes, you can with some insurance companies. I’m registered with CNHC, so check your policy.
Will I be able to drive after my hypnotherapy session?
Yes, you will be fine to drive, assuming you could drive before the session. You will feel lovely and relaxed and will have time to feel normal, before you leave.
You won't be able to get me into a hypnotised state.
I have heard this a few times, some people are certainly more difficult than others, but everyone is able to reach that day dream like state which is needed for hypnotherapy to be successful.
Where do hypnotherapy sessions take place?
Generally speaking it’s best if you come to me, so the environment is quiet and there are no interruptions from family or friends.
Can you really help me?
