You may feel life is running away with you; you are at a crossroads and can’t decide which road to take; you seem to focus on what you don’t want or can’t have instead of what you do want and can have; or you need to organise your time more efficiently. Hylands Life Coaching can help with all of these.
Most often Life Coaching will take place over a number of sessions, over a number of months: either over the phone or face to face, to suit you; for example for six sessions spaced 2 or 3 weeks apart.

Life Coaching Contract
Life Coaching requires a contract between the coach and client where each agrees to be on time, and prepare fully for each session, probably completing agreed actions between sessions in order to reach agreed goals.
The session topic and goal is decided by the client. It is then a case of finding ways to move towards this goal and exploring each option. Before the end of the session a number of actions will be decided to be completed before the next session. To get the most out of Life Coaching the client has to be in a position where they want to change things and are prepared to make things change.
