Confidentiality and Cancellation Information

If, for any reason you need to cancel your appointment and inform me at least twenty four hours in advance then no payment is due. If advance payment has been taken, this can be used to pay for a pre-booked session or refunded in full.

If less than twenty four hours notice is given then full payment for the session is due. If a top up session on the smoking cessation programme is not attended with no prior notice then the guarantee of further sessions is void.

If you are late for a session then where possible, I will do my best to accommodate you so long as this does not affect my other clients. If it is not possible to extend the originally booked time slot then payment is still due for the whole session.

Website Privacy Policy

I am committed to protecting your privacy. I will only use the information that I collect about you (Data Protection Act 1998) and will not knowingly or willingly disclose it to a third party without your explicit consent.

I collect information about you for only two reasons, to ensure that you require the required course of treatments and in order to be able to contact you.

I do not send out any marketing information.

I do not store any financial details(credit & debitcard numbers).

The type of information I will collect about you includes:

Your name, Address, Telephone number, Email Address and Payment details

I will never collect sensitive information about you without your consent.

In order to monitor the effectiveness of this site I collect the following information from visitors:

An IP address to monitor the site traffic and volume may be stored.

The information I hold will be accurate and up to date. You may check the information that I hold about you by emailing or calling me. If you find any inaccuracies I shall delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information I hold will be held securely in accordance with my internal security policy and the law.
